Consumers may cancel or reschedule without penalties by notifying Caring Wheels 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. In the event of inclement weather that poses a safety risk, the Consumer and Caring Wheels reserves the rights to cancel services. Consumers will receive full refund for unforeseen cancellations by Caring Wheels.
